Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT can be applied to any human difficulty that has an emotional component, and often works when all other approaches have failed. Most people are amazed that a procedure as simple as tapping on various meridian energy points can have such a profound effect. Easy to learn, it becomes a profound self-help method to safely and quiclky release anger, fear, sadness and anxiety.
EFT was developed by Gary Craig from the work of Dr Roger Callahan (see TFT).
